​West Virginia has one of the highest rates of children in foster care in the nation. For a small state, that means thousands of young people approaching adulthood without a safe place to land.
When young adults leave the foster system without support, the risks are staggering: homelessness, addiction, incarceration, and lifelong instability. 68% of young men are in trouble with the law in the first 18 months out. But this is not inevitable.

Yes. New Vision Renewable Energy is a registered nonprofit organization, and your contribution is tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law. After you give, you’ll receive a receipt for your records. Our tax ID is 45-4696610.
Where does my donation go?
Your gift supports housing development through the New Vision Village, workforce readiness and mentorship programming, and Ray of Life solar outreach. Donations also sustain the staffing and systems required to serve youth consistently and deliver real outcomes.
