We're incredibly grateful to the Appalachian Regional Commission (ARC) for investing in our vision through the support of new Wood-Mizer sawmill and kiln equipment. This investment represents far more than lumber production—it creates new opportunities for young people to gain hands-on experience in sawmill operations, lumber processing, and value-added wood manufacturing. Participants in our workforce development programs will develop practical, marketable skills while helping produce materials used to build homes within the New Vision Village, a supportive tiny home community for young adults transitioning into independence, particularly those aging out of foster care.

By combining workforce training with real-world manufacturing, we're creating pathways to meaningful careers, strengthening West Virginia's forest products economy, and investing in the future of our youth. Every board milled represents both a building material and a learning opportunity, helping young people gain confidence, purpose, and experience that can lead to long-term success. We extend our sincere thanks to ARC, Wood-Mizer, and everyone who has believed in this vision. Together, we're building more than homes—we're building skills, careers, and brighter futures. The work starts now.
