I joined Prevention Works to get work experience, earn some money, and keep myself busy this summer. I’m learning how important it is to show up on time and take things seriously. I'm proud to be Black, and oroud of my outgoing personality. I think this program really helps students like me find purpose and make our community better.

My mom convinced me to try Prevention Works, and I’m so glad I listened. I’m learning about leadership, teamwork, and how to take responsibility. I’m into reading and history, and I really believe this program helps teens stay on the right track.
